Data processed on this website

This website collects information voluntarily submitted through the Contact and quote forms: name, email, company, subject and message. The website does not currently include marketing subscription, file upload, automated decisions or profiling.

Purposes and legal bases

We use this information to respond to business enquiries, review requests submitted by the user and prepare requested proposals. The legal bases are steps requested before entering into a contract where applicable, legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and legal obligations where applicable.

Recipients and providers

Data is processed by ITFLOWING and by technical providers needed to host the website and deliver email messages configured in Drupal. The website does not currently use a separate SMTP provider or analytics, advertising, tag manager, social media or embedded external-content services. ITFLOWING does not sell personal data.

Security and anti-spam

The website uses form validation and Honeypot anti-spam protection, including an invisible field and submission-timing checks. These mechanisms process only the technical data needed to reduce abusive automated submissions.

Cookies

The website currently uses only required functional cookies, including SSESS<ID> for authenticated sessions and cookiesjsr to store the cookie preference. No optional analytics, advertising, social, tracking or video cookies are active.

Retention

Ordinary Contact and quote enquiries are retained for 12 months. Records required for contracts, accounting or legal obligations may be retained for the applicable statutory period.

International transfers

The website does not currently use analytics, marketing, social media or external embedded-content services that involve international transfers. If a technical provider involves processing outside the European Economic Area, ITFLOWING must ensure the applicable legal mechanism before that processing takes place.

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact geral@itflowing.pt.
